Returns Summary

The Returns Summary provides a summary of your deal's performance. The Returns Summary appears at the top of each tab just below the navigation bar. In Long-term Hold files, the Returns Summary provides the Net Cash Flow, IRR, Equity Multiple and the Average Cash on Cash. For Flip Property files, you will see your deal's Profit, Cash Investment Returned and Profit Margin.
